Principals Jill Houtman and Danny Domenighini bring nearly 50 years of combined experience and have served in executive leadership roles at a variety of firms from startup to fortune 500. They are action takers and creative thinkers who believe that big things are achieved when all of the small things move in the right direction.

 

They share a love of the mountains and formed Outer West out of a desire to make a bigger impact across multiple industries helping organizations solve their biggest problems and re-define their futures.
